just added small features and fixes of dashboard style theme as i found some errors of it

- fixed read more that link to single page of an article

- added some response, permalinks and comment rss link to engage more comments

..yeah i know a small update but atleast i do something to make it good right? hehe. anyways, ive actually plan to release my new wordpress theme the same day of so called christmas day ( as i dont believe on christmas ) but i realize it is already late as i am lack of time tweaking, coding, etc on the theme; anyhow, im currently redesigning the theme and im halfway done on it, probably by the end of december i will officially release it so stay tuned. i will keep you guys posted!
